Welfare Unit / Toilet Trailer Terms & Conditions
1.

By booking with us, you (the Hirer) agree to hire our welfare units and/or luxury toilet trailers in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2.

All units are delivered in clean, functional, and safe condition at the start of the hire period.

3.

The Hirer accepts full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that occur in or around the hired units during the rental period.

4.

The Hirer is responsible for insuring all equipment against theft, fire, accidental damage, and public liability while in their care.

5.

The Hirer will be liable for the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged, stolen, or lost equipment.

6.

Equipment must be returned in a reasonable condition. Excessive dirt, misuse, or vandalism will result in additional cleaning or repair charges.

7.

Servicing and support are available during normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm). Emergency callouts outside these hours may incur an additional charge.

8.

Hired toilets include one free service every two weeks, which covers: Emptying up to 40 litres of waste, replenishing water and chemicals & restocking complimentary toilet paper.

9.

All welfare units are supplied with a full tank of diesel. The Hirer must ensure the tank is refilled before collection. Failure to do so will result in a £30 refuelling charge.

10.

Utility Requirements (Toilet Trailers & Welfare Units): The Hirer is responsible for providing safe access to: A 13-amp electrical supply, a fresh water supply (if applicable), level/firm ground for positioning the unit.

11.

Failure to provide the necessary utilities may prevent proper operation or servicing of the unit.

12.

Units must be always kept accessible for servicing, collection, or emergencies. Our service vehicle must be able to reach within 10 feet of the unit. Missed services due to obstruction may be rescheduled, and standard charges will still apply.

13.

Hired units are to be used for their intended purposes only. The luxury toilet trailers are not to be used as storage or for any activity that could cause structural damage or sanitation issues.

14.

Hire charges remain active during public holidays, event build-down periods, and any site shutdowns. No suspension of fees will apply unless agreed in writing.

15.

Any misuse of the equipment, including blockages from inappropriate materials (e.g. nappies, sanitary products, rubbish), may result in charges for repairs and cleaning.

16.

A £10 fee will be charged for any lost keys to trailers or welfare units to cover the cost of replacement.

17.

The Hirer is responsible for any parking costs, permits, or access charges incurred during delivery, servicing, or collection.

18.

Any waiting time exceeding 30 minutes for delivery, setup, servicing, or collection may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

19.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or service. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

20.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

21.

The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to fixtures, fittings, or accessories supplied with the equipment, including but not limited to mirrors, plants, microwaves, or other items. Replacement or repair costs will be charged to the Hirer.

22.

At the end of each day or event, it is the Hirer's responsibility to ensure that the toilet trailer or welfare unit is properly turned off and securely locked. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for damage, theft, or callouts.

23.

If the trailer or welfare unit is returned in an excessively dirty condition beyond normal use, an additional cleaning charge will apply.

24.

If water supplies for taps or sinks run empty, the Hirer must refill the tanks promptly to avoid damaging the pumps. Failure to do so may result in a pump replacement or repair charge.

25.

If a service call-out is required and it is found that the fault was due to user error (for example, a blockage caused by inappropriate materials or power disconnection by the Hirer), a call-out charge will be applied.

26.

28.
